Starsplas is committed to providing automated production solutions of industry 4.0 that meet European and American standards.

The main products can be divided into the three major parts below:

Furniture sheet production equipment for whole factory, including automatic mixing system, extrusion production line, UV coating equipment, Profiling equipment, laminating equipment and carton packaging equipment.

Furniture sheet of fully automatic software control system, including intelligent storage WMS warehouse system, AGV intelligent forklift scheduling system, MES production management system, MMR intelligent equipment monitoring system, the above software will be locally deployed through the edge calculation law and can also be designed in the cloud to achieve data synchronization of the production factory. Starsplas has obtained the qualification of Rockwell for authorized system integrator.

Furniture sheet of robots and automation equipment, including robot handling, unpacking, palletizing and other processes. In flexible operations, Starsplas is the authorized system partner of German KUKA.

STARS UNION EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd was incorporated in 2016 with a registered capital of 10 million RMB. Starsplas is an innovative and realistic enterprise with the developing orientation of science and technology-based research and development.

In 2017, Starplas won the second runner-up in the first Zhangjiagang E-commerce Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and won the awards jointly issued by Zhangjiagang Bureau of Commerce, Zhangjiagang Economic and Technological Development Zone Trade Bureau, Zhangjiagang Municipal Committee, Zhangjiagang Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and Zhangjiagang E-commerce Industrial Park Committee.

In 2018, Starsplas obtained European CE safety certification 2006/42/EC, and the products were officially recognized in the European market

In 2020, Starsplas was recognized as "Private Science and Technology Enterprise in Jiangsu Province", ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System Certification, ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System Certification, ISO 45001: 2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification.
