Furniture sheet production equipment for whole factory, including automatic mixing system, extrusion production line, UV coating equipment, Profiling equipment, laminating equipment and carton packaging equipment.
Furniture sheet of fully automatic software control system, including intelligent storage WMS warehouse system, AGV intelligent forklift scheduling system, MES production management system, MMR intelligent equipment monitoring system, the above software will be locally deployed through the edge calculation law and can also be designed in the cloud to achieve data synchronization of the production factory. Starsplas has obtained the qualification of Rockwell for authorized system integrator.
Furniture sheet of robots and automation equipment, including robot handling, unpacking, palletizing and other processes. In flexible operations, Starsplas is the authorized system partner of German KUKA.
